Job Description

  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions on the Force.com platform.
  • Will be daily interacting with project managers, clients and other developers to design organized project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
  • Responsible to maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
  • On a day to day basis, will be actively interacting directly with clients, managers to analyse project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.
  • Will be translating business requirements into systems solutions using Visual Force and Apex.
  • Will be configuring APIs and Web Services between Salesforce and other applications;
  • Will be working on Apex programming, Visual force, Data loader, SFDC configuration, SOAP and REST based Web-services.
  • Will be actively involved in front end languages and back-end tools for web engineering such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS;
  • Actively participating in resolving issues, design/re-design of custom objects or code using APEX, force.com and Visualforce;
  • Will be involved in debugging and resolving issues within existing code.
  • Will also serve as technical lead and make decisions regarding technical direction, including architectural decisions.

Desired Experience

  • Should be high energy individuals with client facing ability who can code as well as mentor teams.
  • Should be versatile in Classic and Lightning environment.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on development/configuration experience on the Salesforce platform using Workflow, Process Builders, Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Web Services/SOA, Lightning Aura Components, Lightning Web Component (LWC) and related components.
  • Strong experience on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce Communities.
  • Should have strong technical background on the following technologies: Apex, Java/J2EE, XML, SOAP, REST, WSDL, Ajax, and JavaScript.
  • Should have experience working on larger enterprise Salesforce implementations in a multi org structure.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification is mandatory.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 2 certification is mandatory.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as a member of an Agile scrum team.
  • Track record of being detailed oriented; a self-starter having deliverables with minimal defects Must be able to quickly grasp complex concepts and learn new technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Job Description

  • Be the customer advisor and have effective communication with Business Stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects for enterprise architecture functions such as Security, Performance, Development Process, and Application Governance across the platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud.

  • 4+ years of experience in running enterprise services in a public cloud environment.
  • 4+ years in a leadership role in a large technology organization managing Salesforce set up , marketing cloud, set up best integrations ( custom web service components) , ETL tool similar to IICS.
  • Ability to get to the details without losing the big picture view.
  • Experience running systems at scale leveraging cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, MySQL/Postgres.
  • Experience with leveraging Public Cloud Managed Services such as AWS RDS, S3, and DynamoDB in the design solutions.
  • Ability to manage, build and mentor development teams.
  • A team builder and leader that provides a clear structure and managerial oversight.
